A resident of North Dallas for over 35 years, Brad is extremely versed in the areas myriad of neighborhoods.  He takes a holistic approach to understanding what his clients are looking for - a combination of staying ahead of the market and long-term asset protection, balanced with quality of life and the amenities his buyer clients are looking for.  On the listing side, Brad brings over 30 years of experience marketing, sales and contract negotiation.  He looks at each listing as if it were a start-up business, creating a winning strategy that will compete and win in the market.
 
In 2019, Compass Real Estate invited Brad to join the innovative brokerage, making the move from Keller Williams Luxury where he was in the top percentile in production.  Additional accolades include being recognized as one of 2020 & 2021 North DFW Real Producers Top 500 and 2020 & 2021 Best of Local Profile Top Realtors in Collin County and 2021 D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent.
 
Together with his wife and business partner Kelli, the pair founded Ritz Group in 1989.  Their focus shifted to real estate in 2016, following a 30-year run as one of the country’s top multi-brand luxury fashion branding and sales companies with offices in Dallas and Los Angeles.
